I am doing a modified version, since I am a veggie, so my food choices are a bit different. The workouts are quick, yet intense. Lisa Druxman is very encouraging and there is a modified, less challenging person to follow. It’s kinda like circuit training, for lack of a better comparison. so Beth plans your workout for the month and e-mail a calendar. The food is done with options from a food journal. I am a bit hungrier than usual. My biggest challenge is not the food, though. It is getting home from work between 5:30-6, eating dinner as a family, playing with Bumbee, cleaning the kitchen and other chores and then working out.
So far so good! 🙂
