Just Another Meatless Monday…


Worried about not eating meat and not getting enough protein? Eat non-fat Greek yogurt! One cup has 15-20 grams! Make salad dressing creamy, sauces richer, etc. with no fat (while not adding tons of sugar )and tons of protein! Great to replace sour cream, too.  Make a Tzatziki! Always use Greek yogurt for the recipe. Greek yogurt can be found anywhere, Safeway carries it!
