- protein powder (rice or hemp)
- A banana
- An apple with skin (so sweet, no sweetener needed)
- Nut butter (PB, sun or almond)
- Milk (almond, rice or hemp), yogurt or Kefir (or a mix)
- and some “greens” powder
- Flax seed
Great protein for veggies!
