A great website for tracking weight loss/ fitness goals.

Myfitnesspal.com You can create a profile with your info, including weight, and track your daily calories and activity! Most brands of food, incl. things like my Vegetarian Quorn brand “meat” are in the database already. You enter your meals and exercise, and it figures out your surplus deficit for the day. You tell it how much you want to lose, and it helps you reach your goal. It is REALLY easy and best of all FREE!
