Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
High-fructose corn syrup
Maltodextrin (dextrin, too)
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
mono- and diglycerides
most things with “malt” in them (malt syrup, extract, etc.)
Food starch, incl. modified

So. MY challenge is this, go to your kitchen and look for these ingredients. What items DON’T have some form of corn in them. Corn is linked to obesity, has little nutritional value in it’s purest form compared to other fruits and veggies, and is ALMOST ALWAYS made from GMO corn. I avoid GMO’s like the plague I believe them to be….
The only corn products I like, are corn fed boys! ;~p
