Interesting article on portion size, then and now…

Ever wonder why, despite all of the low fat diet foods out there, people were in better shape eating steak and potatoes? PORTION SIZES!!!!! You  have to SEE the difference, it is crazy!

Most portions have at least DOUBLED in the past 20 years… Twice as much food+less exercise=well, nothing good. So eat half of the portions you are given in restaurants and save the second portion for later. Better for our wallets and our waistlines! Keep portion sizes in mind, don’t feel you have to finish everything on your plate, despite what your mama told you!
