This Friday I am Focusing on….


Getting into a workout routine again. Like I said before,getting the flu totally throws you off! I went to bed at 9 last night I was so tired, which is early for me. I woke up at 7:30 and feel pretty good. I will feel better once I have some caffeine in my system! I need to schedule exercise time into  my Covey Plan Plus organizer! More on the organizer, desktop computer style, later.
