I have been sick for a week now….

Which means I haven’t worked out, AT ALL! The hacking wheezing cough isn’t going to make it easy. Have you ver noticed how being sick for like   totally makes you so not want to START working out again???? You get soooo lazy! So, if it takes 3 weeks to develop a habit, WHY does it take only a few days to fall out of the habit??? I am hoping by the end of the week I can get a workout or 2 in. I was consideringng doing a 5K in May, but his has set me back at least a week. I am indecent shape, but not where I want to be for a 5k! We shall see. If the weather starts getting more Spring like, I an get DD out in the stroller for a few hours a day in the PM for a walk, and some park time!
