I only subscribe to a few magazine, mostly trade mags. I do love Real Simple though. It is the only mag I can’t see ever giving up! They had an article about starting a Gratitude Journal. Every day write down things you are grateful for. Things like, still having a home, nap time being extra long, your favorite foods on sale, your DH taking out the garbage, etc. ANYTHING big or small.

I think with all the negative news in the world, taking a few minutes each day to think of good things, no matter how small does us all good! Maybe as you sit around your table on Thanksgiving you would be willing to share a few with your loved ones. It really is the little things that mean the most.

These are great strollers! I wish I had one! It is the only stroller you need, an AIO stroller if you will. This is a great cause that benefits Hope Cottage a homeless shelter for women and children. I am so stoked Barack Obama won! I was at the Orpheum, and the reaction was amazing!!!!!!!! One of the most memorable momentsof my life, I was brought to tears.  I will never forget  that moment in American history.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Obama’s grandmother. I imagine that she wanted to see him become the first black man to be elected president more than anything, and she lost her battle just a few days before (I hope) that happens.  The timing is so horrible! Two days before the election!
